Helen Coleman

Helen Coleman has over 17 years' experience in the energy industry. In her current role she is responsible for setting the Genesis hydrogen strategy and overseeing the hydrogen services globally. Helen has experience in Green & Blue Hydrogen extending from business development and proposals to study management and projects sponsorship. Her project management track record includes scopes within two major UK hydrogen clusters, requiring engagement with vendors and licensors to support the hydrogen technology selection studies. Helen’s previous experience includes Decision Gate Management and Analysis; Pre-Feasibility to Pre-FEED studies; Offshore support, production optimisation and offshore process troubleshooting.
Helen has been extensively involved in chairing / facilitating numerous operator risk assessments, internal Option Identification and Select workshops and Consultancy Leadership Team business strategy reviews.
Helen has worked in a number of international locations including Rome, Norway, Australia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Ghana, India, Italy, US (Alaska and Houston) and UK (Aberdeen and London), both onshore and offshore. She has had exposure to international standards and many styles of working, adapting to her client requirements.
