Jay Hilton-Miller

Jay is Head of Offshore Renewables at ITPEnergised, an expert in the offshore renewables industry and in particular the consenting and development process, with a track record of supporting offshore renewable projects across the UK. Jay is a full member of IMarEST and has extensive experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in Scotland, the Celtic Sea, England and the English Channel. Jay has supported numerous offshore wind farm developments with ScotWind bid applications, complex consenting strategies and post-consent compliance and has a technical specialism in commercial fisheries.
