Jessica Breedon

Jess works as a policy advisor within Defra’s Offshore Wind Enabling Actions Team. The team aims to increase understanding of the key environmental impacts of offshore wind and find strategic solutions to these impacts in order to reduce barriers to the expansion of offshore wind in English waters. Jess also leads on international engagement on the environmental impact of offshore wind, primarily though OSPAR.
