Mark Baxter

Mark is Head of Development at Ocean Winds. He has over a decade of experience in the energy industry, initially working in the Environmental roles on large infrastructure projects such as Crossrail, before moving into offshore wind and leading the development of Dogger Bank project(s) to their successful consent. His previous roles have included leading a Smart Grid company supporting UK Network Operators connecting more renewables through innovative technology solutions using automation, as well as leading a range of consultancy activities advising on environmental,sustainability and energy challenges for UK and Global organisations.
