Rafał Libera

Rafal is the Group Integration Manager at Acteon Group, a global marine energy and infrastructure services provider. At Acteon, we help our clients design, construct and operate complex offshore renewable projects. In my role, I am responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that enable us to offer innovative solutions that respond to the needs of the offshore wind sector. Prior to Acteon, I worked at a top international law firm advising clients on the structuring and financing of large scale power and infrastructure projects as well as on UK & EU energy regulation.
